You’ll have the flexibility to access and run your business from any place on Earth with an internet connection.
How much does PrestoDirect cost?
You can sign up for a free 14-day trial with PrestoDirect. After your trial expires, you can choose a pricing plan that suits your business.
Can I use my own domain name with PrestoDirect?
Yes, you can. If you have an existing domain name, you can connect it to PrestoDirect. If you don’t have a domain name yet, you can buy one through PrestoDirect or a third-party provider.
Do I need a designer or developer to use PrestoDirect?
Nope, you don’t. You can customise the look and feel of your store within PrestoDirect. If you need additional help, please contact our support team.
Which countries does PrestoDirect support?
PrestoDirect supports most countries in the world.
What languages does PrestoDirect support?
Currently, only English and Mandarin is supported. We're looking to support more languages in the future.
How can I start selling on PrestoDirect?
You’ll need a PrestoDirect plan and products to sell. For starters, sign up for a PrestoDirect account, set up your store, and add your products. If you don’t have any products to sell yet, you might want to try out dropshipping.
What is dropshipping and how can I dropship with PrestoDirect?
Dropshipping is an order fulfillment method that doesn’t require a business to keep products in stock. When a store sells a product, it purchases the item from a third-party (a manufacturer or wholesaler) who then ships the order to the customer directly. You can sign up for a free trial with PrestoDirect to start dropshipping.
How do I receive an order?
You will receive an order by email, mobile app notification, or RSS notification. You can change the settings to suit your preferences.
How will payment be processed?
